Utilizes Smart Plant suite of products for EDMS, STAAD.Pro, Procon, Etaps, Safe, Caesar, Tekla, 3-D modelling, ETAP and other design works.

Fabrication
HSEL FZC shop fabricates piping, tank and structures, vessels, skids supplying them directly to project site.
Spanning over 14,000 Sq. M, our fabrication facilities in Fujairah, UAE is strategically positioned to deliver quality, prefabricated materials to the site on time and within budget.
Civil & Structural
HSEL FZC has a reputation for delivering cost-effective civil construction services for industrial structures that meet or exceed our clients’ safety and quality standards. Our civil capabilities include providing soil improvement, deep excavation, tank and equipment foundations, piping support, drainage and sewerage systems and plant and utility buildings.
Tankage
HSEL FZC has a long history of providing multi-disciplinary, turnkey EPCM solution in the fields of refinery bulk liquid storage terminals, tank farms, offsite and utilities for refineries and petrochemical plants. The tankage capabilities include full Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, Site erection, Testing & Commissioning.
Cryogenic Storage
In addition to the tank farm capabilities, HSEL FZC is potentially equipped to execute construction of all types of tanks including spherical tanks, double-walled tanks (for low temperature storage such as LNG), bullet tanks & Pressurized vessels

This includes regular scheduled maintenance or predictive and preventive maintenance to extend the plant life, turnaround and shutdown maintenance as required and even daily and facilities maintenance.
