We are proud to announce our role as the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) contractor for the development of a new state-of-the-art Tank Truck Loading Gantry at the Impala Terminals facility in Jebel Ali, Dubai. This strategic project is designed to expand the terminal’s operational capabilities, enabling it to offer dedicated loading and unloading services for gasoline, diesel, and gasoline blend components to its customers.
Our comprehensive scope encompasses the complete delivery of this facility, starting with residual engineering and extending through to commissioning. Key elements of the project include the construction of a three-bay truck loading and unloading gantry, with provisions for three additional bays for future expansion. Our team is responsible for all associated mechanical, piping, civil, structural, electrical, and instrumentation works.
A significant aspect of the project involves the seamless integration of client-free issue items, such as loading pumps and metering skids, into the new facility. Our responsibilities also include the development of critical infrastructure, such as a new vapor recovery system, the re-routing of existing utilities, and the construction of new roads and a truck parking area to ensure safe and efficient traffic flow.
Throughout this project, we are committed to the highest standards of safety, quality, and operational integrity. We are managing complex tie-ins with existing plant systems and handling the demolition and relocation of existing structures with minimal disruption to ongoing terminal operations. Our goal is to deliver a reliable, safe, and future-ready facility that enhances Impala Terminals’ service capacity and operational efficiency.
